Found a site while searching for the PC. Found this link for the PC at $109 plus shipping. Good price? And should a newbe go for just the PC or for the PC with backing plate

coastal tools is always a great place to buy the machine- thats where i bought the one i have now about 5 years ago or so...
only way to get a better deal is usually at lowes when they have a sale.
i would just buy the machine and then buy some edge pads-
