Mr. Clean's soap leaves a thin layer of gunk on top of your paint. You won't really notice it unless you're very meticulous in your examination of the surface. I occasionally use the system for the soft water rinse feature, but in the end, it becomes too much of a hassle and the costs add up.
Filters are around 8 bucks. I personally like and dislike Mr. Clean. My berlina has at times come out really well, and other times come out really crappy.
It's very choosy when it wants to work and under specific conditions.
Wash a car as you want to and just use a detail spray afterwards and the watermarks will vanish anyways.

btw, i just picked up the Mr. Clean Pro Series for $29.99 at Walmart. It's different from regular Mr. Clean cause it has the JET STREAM and comes with a case + mitt.
My car was extremely dirty this morning when I got to wash it.
I used normal car wash with bucket and then rinsed with Mr. Clean filter. Parked the car in the garage as I have done before and after about 20 minutes noticed that the water was not shedding like it had in the past.
Pulled car back out and washed this time using Mr. Clean soap and then rinsed with filter.
Car turned out great...Not spots or streaking. Same thing on my Pilot. I used Mr. Clean soap on the first wash with it and then rinsed. Great results.
Costco is selling the Pro setup for around 39 bones... I've been considering the system. I'm on the fence.
It appears that you have to have the system - the soap and filter for Mr. Clean to work as promised. That's a severe clean jones.
Thinking about it...
