Default need help

i drive a lot on the highway...
a lot of time on highway= bug on the front bumper
how do i clean this off??? sometimes it just dont come off....

bugs cause an adhesive substance on impact. if you leave them on for any amount of time the bugs acids will etch the glass or paint surface

one choice is alcohol or a non-ammonia based (ammonia acts as an acid accelerant) glass cleaner, or an alcohol hand cleaner (like purell) place a small amount onto the area, let it sit for about for 3 minutes or so and then either remove with a bug sponge or use detailers clay.

waxes will seal the acid and will make it hard to remove. best to use baking soda and water (to neutralize the acid) as soon possible-

there are some decent products for bug & tar removal... and you should have a bug & tar sponge-
