sorry, but you can't get that smell from a bottle. It's a combination of the scents coming off the fresh plastic, leather, glues, carpet, etc... As much as we all hate it once it's gone it's gone.
I can say I do like the way my car smells after applying Meguires Gold Class, natural shine vinyl protectant, and cleaning and conditioning the leather.

a good leather cleaner will do that...
townsends or lexol- also use a quality leather preservative after your cleaning. i think you will find that you will make your leather last longer and smell good too!
(forget any sprays, as tkeedy said)

Griot's has got a leather scent. Use it in my S and my Tundra.

There's lots of bottles, trees, cans, etc... that say they are "new car smell". Unfortunately none of them (IMO) really smell like a new car. As I and others said above, I think the best smell in a new car is new leather, and quality leather conditioners (Lexol, Zymol, there are a bunch) will help in that.
I've read interesting articles on this I think in both Car & Driver and Motor Trend in the past (I'm sure there have been others). The big car companies actually have departments that test the scents of thier products that go into making cars to try to make it smell good and not unpleasant.

haha, that new car smell is toxic fumes coming out of the glue melting in the dash and other parts of the car, combined with other toxins like the leather tanning chemicals and plastics...
I just lexol in my seats, and till this day, people still say my car smells new...
