Cleaning, waxing and detailing gets my vote (but wash and wax is also pretty obvious!)
If someone is a regular user of this forum, a lot of the other choices are more clever, but I have thought about how a new or infrequent user might need to have a blindingly obvious name.

Perhaps if Wash & Wax does come out top, there should a final poll between W&W and the top "alternative". At least this will give the option of "keep it" or "change it".
