I think that it just comes down to whether all of the "W&W" votes outnumber the "non-W&W" votes. If they do, then there is no need to re-vote as more than 51% have the victory. If W&W is 50% or less, then the non-W&W voters have the majority and need to clarify their position with the "other option winner".

All very democratic with no skullduggery (and not a pregnant chad in sight ).

Easily the best choice.

It is:
1. witty
2. to the point
3. all inclusive of making your car look showroom (or better)

None of the other choices meet all the above criteria!
