well reading this forum and loooking at all the clean cars and what a days work will get you i decided to try it out and i fell in love! i dont have all the pictures of the cars i've done but i got one after i finished the rx7

hope you like it and thanks for all the ideas and pictures in the forum!

start off wash with armor all car wash with a wash mitt
dry off
use the mothers california gold clay bar kit
also use mother california gold cleaner wax
spray back off and clean with wash mitt and armor all again
dry back off another layer of mothers wax
use mothers aluminium polish on the lips of the rims
and rain x glass treatment

i do everything by hand no porter cable or buffer (got no money) but hopefully will soon, and take my detailing to the next level!

thank ya man i was wondering tho how good will a porter cable do on rock chips on the front of the car? will it buff them out or are they too deep to be able to buff out?

a pc will blend in the filled in paint chips after you have leveled off the paint blob.

I don't see an advantage of washing a vehicle a second time after applying the first coat of wax.
