Nu Finish?
NuFinish was the pinnacle of 1980's technology. I used it back in the early 90's when it was #1 rated by Consumer Reports magazine.
It worked very well for the era, but produced incredible amounts of dust when buffed off. I remember vacuuming the outside of my car once to get the NuFinish dust out of my cowl vents.
A lot has changed in the past 15 years, and there are much better products around. I stopped using NuFinish when the original Meguiar's cleaner wax was introduced in the mid 90's and stole the CR #1 rating.
My current product of choice is Meguiar's NXT Tech wax.

i used to use it and still have some left- it has fallen apart (separated), but it sits with the old products that i used years ago.
it was great for its day, but there are so many products that i think do a better job now-
like sb2007, i stopped using mine in the early 90s- i went back to carnuba then... until finish first was introduced (synthetic). that was my intro to synthetics.
now my finish product of choice is zaino and i like to top it with p21s
