Default Which one goes before which?

My friend is wanting to put Tein decals on his integra. What I am wondering if is he should clean his car first and put on the decal then do a wax job because it really needs one or should he clean, wax the car evenly and put the decals Over the waxed car? Will the wax affect the decal from properly staying on or should it best be put on before hand?

Suggestions, Comments? Thanks.

i dont see why the wax should affect the decal, but the surface is suppose to be clean before u apply the decal.

actually most of the wax are bad for molding finish and decal.

wax it before applying it on, this way he/she can peel it off easier when he/she is done with the decal/sticker fad
