It depends on how it has bonded to the leather.
First i would try and chip/pick off the bulk. anything left i would use leather masters ink stain remover. it is a chapstick like tube. Contains a paste like solvent safe for leather. follow the instructions work slowly give it ample dwell time. try and avoid scrubbing.
if the paint does not chip/pick off, then you use the same process but much more dwell time and much less pressure. you do not want to spread the paint.
