Painter's Tape
I have my first autoX event coming up this weekend. I am #379. Can I just use "painter's tape" (I'm assuming it's less sticky) to glue on these characters? Will it be easy to take off without damaging my paint?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Exactly what everyone else has said. It works great as a substitute for shoe polish numbers on your windows. Make sure it's stuck on there well though...mine started to come off last time I used it.

Painters tape works without harming the paint but sometimes it leaves residue.
If you will be autoxing often, an easier and permanent solution is the use of magnetic strips.
I purchased white magnetic sheets from Michaels Crafts. I cut them into 3" strips.
I can configure any number or letter using the strips.
It is much more convenient and stays on the car.
If I could post pictures I would show you how it looks.
