It is both of them.. My brakes are fine so I have no clue. My only theory is my cleaning methods differ on front to back.

and your back cleaning method is what?
the only thing i can think of that would do that would be an acid based wheel cleaner- but why would you use an acid base in the back and non acid base in the front???
(i assume you dont)

I say my cleaning method was different because my rear rotors were collecting rust for a little bit. I used meguiars hot rims on them.

G2 is great for cars that aren't tracked heavily. They can't take the heat and will chip.

I grinded my brakes down with the dremel and painted them gloss black a few months ago, the paint still looks brand new and the stickers are still bright white! good stuff!!

ps... dont use a plastic cup to mix it, it will eat through the cup and you will end up with paint all over your floor I learned this the hard way

There is a S2ki member who does this as a side job. His name is "Hockey" and he goes out to you. I think he charges about 250-300 to do all 4 calipers. He is located in San Diego. You guys that are interested in doing this might want to shoot him a PM. Good Luck all.
