Default PC Question

I've used the sonus orange pad with sfx-2 three times on my nfr and I haven't gotten all the swirls out, although they are disappearing with each application. I've also been getting some red on the pad which made me wonder how many times I can use this combination without doing damage. Also I've read that honda put some red into the clearcoat and that it was normal to get some red coloration when buffering but I wanted to make sure. And lastly, would another product like 3m sratch x or zainos zfx be a better product to use? thanks for your help....

as long as you see improvement, keep it up... probably means that you arent working it enough each time.
work small areas - i use 2' x 2' areas. work "the box" side to side to get the whole box- then maybe diagonals and finally front to back several times in the box. by that time the polish should be dusting and pretty much gone.
then move to another "box"-
for the the other products- scratch x is more of a hand app for smaller areas and you have one that should do the job.
the red cars do "bleed" a bit.

and be sure to protect the car well after the swirl removal to keep those swirls off!
