Default Photo report: Raggtopp convertible top cleaner

I admit that I have always thought specialized convertible top cleaning products were redundant. I have always simply used regular car wash to clean the top when I washed the rest of the car. However, during the last year my car was parked outside and endured an upstate New York winter (long story). I noticed that my blue top was beginning to show wear and discolor slightly. I thought I was going to need to replace the top. That said, I figured it would be worth a shot to try the Raggtopp cleaner as it has a great reputation. I bought the 'twin pack' with the cleaner and protectant.

I just did one half of my top, and I am pleasantly surprised at how effective this stuff is. What I thought was discoloration and wear marks was actually just dirt. I stopped to take birds-eye view photo...you can see the cleaned half of the top on the left side. Note that this is just the cleaner, I will apply the protectant after I wash the other half!

Enjoy, back to work for me!

That's amazing!

I admit that I have been pretty skeptical as well about stuff like that. I have used Vinylex on my top, but I think I might give this a try. i notice that my top always seems to look a little 'dull'.

Great post! Thanks!
