So the other day I cleared my headlights and plastic window using meguiars plastx. The headlights turned out great as I wet sanded them with 1000 and 3000 grit paper, then followed up with the buff. The rear window turned out decent after a few rounds with the plastx. My question is would it be safe to use a 3000 light sand on the rear plastic to remove tough stains, or would the scratches be unable to buff out? Sorry for the long post, just wondering if any one has tried this. Thanks!
