How or what would i use to clean polish splatter out of door jambs and creases? Any special products to use?

If area is too tight for a microfiber I use a small/soft brush

Get it off ASAP or it can be tough to remove. APC + a mircofiber is the easiest bet.

wont that strip the wax

All that stuff should be cleaned out prior to applying your wax or sealant. I like to use alcohol to remove any remaining polish residue. Just spray it on a microfiber towel or q-tip for the creases.
