Polishing Question
I just ordered P21S Paintwork Cleansing Lotion to polish my 04 NFR. The directions say to use a sponge to apply. Is this a good thing to do? I was afraid it would be to abrasive and have been using a 100% cotton diaper cloth instead. Can I use a terry cloth applicator? What would work best? Thanks!
couple of other choices are in this info:

i agree with you, and do not use sponges. i use towels, and microfiber is generally my first choice. i do use foam applicators sometimes too (especially for hand app of waxes).
(actually, for most polishing applications i use my porter cable, but for hand use i would usually use a mf towel)

The P21S paint cleaning polish is very very mild. In fact it really doesn't do much in the way of polishing. Its a paint cleaner. For MF towels get the Sonus ultimate Detailing towels!! They are wicked heavy and plush!! For an applicator for the P21S I use a foam pad or mf applicator pad.
sonus also makes a great microfiber cleaner!!
