Default Preparing final order: Polishes

Hi all, I'm a new GPW s2k owner (first post!) and I am having trouble deciding which polishes i should include in my final order.

So far I have already purchased:
------------------------------------------------------
Meguiar's Gold Class Shamppo and Conditioner
Mother's California Gold Clay Bar
P21s Paintwork Cleansing Lotion
P21s Carnuba Wax
Raggtop Vinyl Cleaner/Protectant
Lexol Leather Cleaner/Protectant
Black Magic Tire Wet Liquid (it was free)
CD2 Engine Detailer
-------------------------------------------------------
Eurow Sheepskin Mitt
2x Home Depot All Purpose buckets
2x Grit Guard
4xMicrofiber sponges
Meguiar's Microfiber Towels
Meguiar's Gold Terry Clothes
2x Meguiar's Microfiber Chamois
Meguiar's Water Magnet
2x Soft Nylon Brushes
Tire Brush
-------------------------------------------------------
Ultimate Detailing Machine

I have a MY03 GPW s2k with a few paint chips on the front for the car and light scratches on the paint, which I assume is from poor washes from the previous owner. I have already detailed the interior, cleaned/treated the soft top, wash/clay/paint cleaner/2xWax the body. The car looks awesome except for the light scratches in the sun. I also have a black '93 Celica that I use for a commuter that has heavy scratches that I also plan to detail.

I just ordered the UDM from the bettercarcare sale, but I am having trouble deciding if i need both Klasse AIO/Glaze and Menzerna PO106FF? I also have P21s paint cleaner already, but I plan to use that to remove wax/sealants before detailing, does AIO do the same thing? Also, for the Celica with heavy cob webbing is PO106 enough, or do i need something with more cut like Menzerna IP?

Here is my projected final order:
Menzerna PO106FF
Klasse AIO
Klasse SG
Sonus Carnuba Spritz (good for QD on p21s?)
Edge 2000 pad kit from autogeek
Stoner's Invisible Glass
Autoglym Glass Polish & Cleaner

All comments and suggestions welcome! I can post pictures of the car if anyone is interested once i get home from work. Also please keep in mind i have a GPW s2k... the color is quite forgiving and I have a feeling I am doing more work than I have to by using a paint cleaner, 2 polishes, a glaze, and a wax.

Edit:

Since you already own the UDM, do not get the edge kit. There are compatability issues with it and the UDM. They are still working on a counterweight upgrade to allow the use of the edge kit.

I bought this setup before I knew and . It vibrates so bad that the machine wants to fly out of your hand. After I was about halfway done with the car, I could bearly hold the machine.

I'll post pics once i get home.

Oh that's too bad about the edge kit, I was hoping not to have to center the pads. I haven't really researched any standard pads, any suggestions?

Edge is better with a rotary. Stick with hook and loop.

The vibration also causes the bearings in the Edge adapter to break down.
Upside is, the adapters have a lifetime warranty so you can get them replaced (they also send you TWO if you send them your single adapter)

I also have a Celica 91' that is heavily oxadized. I just returned from Wal-mart with some Simonize heavy duty rubbing compound. You may want to try this stuff as a first step assuming your paint is in very bad condition as is mine.
I almost afraid to use this stuff with a machine though so I'll probably apply and remove by hand.
I'm going to follow this up with XMT extreme and the UMD.
The Simonize is less than $3 bucks so not much of a gamble and it should work fairly well on paint that is almost beyond redemption..

Luckily the Celica isn't oxidized yet, the paint is still in pretty good condition. It actually looks pretty deep when washed and waxed still. I think i will be picking up menzerna IP for the cob webs then finish it with PO106FF. Sounds like the counter weight for the UDM is ready yet, so i'm going with standard hook and loop pads.

Anything important missing from this kit?

Anyone know if i should use both Menzerna polishes with Klasse AIO/Glazes? or is one enough?

Both will be topped off with P21s.
Also, the Celica is parked on a busy street, it needs as much protection as it can get >.< The s2k is in the garage.

Personally, I'd go with something other than Klasse. I've tried both Klasse and Zaino for sealants and even did a side by side comparison by doing my car with Zaino and my wifes car with Klasse on the same weekend....and IMO, Zaino had longer durability, looked better, and was far easier to remove (SG can be a real finicky). To use it up, I just use it when I have a buddy over to do their car. And I let them do the SG removal. LOL.

If you don't want to go the Zaino route, there's also Jeff Werkstatt's twins which are also a newer formula than Klasse, and are supposedly easier to work with.

And FWIW, your supply list is missing clay. A step I wouldn't skip if it hasn't been done before.
