Prepping for first detail
Hey guys,
I have a quick question for all you detailing gurus out there..First off, I'm planning on buying myself a PC kit with menzerna polishes from DD as my christmas present to myself. After debadging my s2000 emblems from my fenders, I noticed there are very small chips that make an exact outline of where my s2000 emblems were. I was wondering what may have caused this, since I used Honda's write-up on how to debadge. The chips aren't bad at all, but I don't want a freshly polished car with these chips. Would polishing remove this possibly? Or will I need to add touch-up paint to the area? If so, would this buff out as clean as the regular paint? Let me know if you guys need pictures, I'll try and round up a camera if so.
