Angry problem solved

with wire I was able to go into the vents and dig out the paper.

I was getting dust out the defroster windshield vents and pushed some big paper wads into the slit by accident.

They are not visible from the top anymore.

Please give me advice. The thought junk in my dash is really bothering me !!!!!!

1. Can I reach in throught the cabin air filter opening under hood?

2. is it better to remove dashboard and how complicated is that?

Thanks guys.

never tried this, but you should be able to run a wire (i would use something like electrical wire that is rubber or plastic coated) from the under hood end into the cabin- wrap the end with lotsa tape so its soft and dont force it if it gets stuck.

you might first try some "canned air"- shoot it from the cabin filter end (take off the filter, of course)- this could work depending on the size of the stuck paper. if not, the wire idea should get it.
