Default Quick Help!

Ok, so weds. I washed and waxed my car, nothing special except I tried out Griot's best of show wax. It looked decent after I wiped off the residue but took a while. I wasn't all too pleased so I put a second layer of Meguire's yellow carnuba and it looked a lot better. My problem now is on my passenger side only I have like three small clouds on my paint. I've tried buffing it out by hand, but am having no luck. What should I do to make it look good again?
I fear that I did not get all the griot's wax off and added a layer over it. Please help. I want to rectify this today. Thanks

It's hard to tell what these could be. Pics would help.

What should I do to make it look good again?
try to get use of someone that can use a machine polisher with a proper compound and it will come right out

wax can cloud if low temps and humidity...
one potential solution is to park it in the sun for awhile, then take it inside and buff it again (assuming its still clean).
or remove it and try again.
was the wax old?
