Default RaggTopp

Hey,

I'm about to put on RaggTopp on my car and I was wondering if I can put it on black silicone? My top ripped and the people that fixed it stitched the small tear together and put silicone on top of it. So, can I use RaggTopp on the silicone or should I cover it up?

Also, I used the RaggTopp cleaner but now I'm about to put on the protectant. Should the top be wet when I put on the protectant or should it be dry?

Thanks

as long as you have the vinyl version of the raggtopp, you are fine with the top and silicone.
top should be dry before applying- put on heavy, work it in and let it sit... then buff, let list and then a final buff

The directions didn't say anything about buffing. All it said was to spray on and wipe off.

If it rains and you didn't buff off the raggtop, you're going to find a lot of residue running down your windows and paint...

I thought RaggTopp does not run if it's raining.

The top looks 100% better with raggtopp on. I'm happy that I bought it.

It shouldn't, but buffing helps ensure this

i'd buff it. it will help you work the product evenly, better prevents running if it rains, and you'll probably use less product per application.
