i have a muz mat in the interior to keep the window from getting any scratches, and i roll up a soft detailers towel and put it on the outside of the window before putting the top down. (this is the secret to avoiding creases).
then a good cleaner and preservative are necessary-
some choices for ya:

These all sound like preventitive measures, but is there anything that will actually remove any of the creases/cloudyness that is already there?

Try really hot water, it has worked for me on my Porsche in the past. You could also try a warrraty claim.

for creases, let it sit in the sun... top up for awhile. if the top is tight that should take care of it. also as boughtans2k says, warm to hot water.
for cloudiness, my first choice is plexus-
and also see the link posted above for more products.

It's tough to get creases out. How about a hairdryer?

short answer no..

unfortunately one owner had this problem after months of Plexus treatment as he inherited this "mess" he eventually got fed up to the point where he got his plastic replaced..
