Depends on where in 815, but shouldn't be TOO bad for a one or mabey twice kinda trip.

BTW -- Wicked fast response! Thanks.

Don't mean to hijack....but... Is there any way to freshen up my leather seats? The woman who owned the car before me had a big ass and apparently sat on the side of the seat and slid down into it everytime. There are creases and some of the color came off where it was rubbing together. Thanx in advance!
This is NOT a recommendation for your S2000, but after reading some of the information on this web-site, I decided to experiment with the baggy/stretched leather on my 2002 VW GTI driver seat. I used a household steam iron with the steam OFF and on high temperature. I used ordinary "cooking paper" (parchment) between the iron and the seat and moved the iron around in circles. I worked on it for about 15 minutes applying heat for 30 second intervals and allowing the seat to cool for a minute at a time. I had been planning to take the seat to a pro. I don't need to now. The seat looks fine now.

I will get that Illinois number in the am when I am back at work...

S-Legend - Glad to hear that worked out, but be careful with the lighter paper not to overheat. Any before and after's?

Thanks. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos. I tried using a hot blow dryer the other day - no luck at all. So, I was actually surprised the iron and paper worked so quickly and so well. Before I started there was loose leather, wrinkles, and a definite unsightly impression in the seat. When I finished, the leather was laying down nice and smooth on the center of the seat with no impression. There are still some wrinkles in one of the corners. I was concerned about the heat. I initially had the iron on the highest setting (linen) and backed it down (cotton). If I ever need to do this again, I'll take more time, less heat, and have some kind of dry frozen object on hand to cool off the leather.

In the meantime, I would have to recommend using the Finished Leather Cleaner and then the Conditioner and Protector, they will remove the surface contaminants and then at least slow down the wear process by creating a protective barrier against further wear and soiling.
Where would you purchase these products from. I am looking for a good cleaner and conditioner. I have not had my 04 for too long but I want to go ahead and get some protection for the seats.

Would that be the right cleaner for what I am looking to do. Just basic upkeep?

Thanks,

--Mark
