Default Removing road tar and melted rubber on pain?

I have melted rubber on my paint behind the wheel wells. Do they make a quick detailer to take this stuff off? and whats good for splatter bugs. they are pretty hard to take off when washing.

wd-40 for the stubborn rubber spots if clay bar wont take it off. obviously put some wax/sealant on afterwards for protection.

ive been using wd-40 for a long time everytime after i get back from the drag strip on the areas behind the wheel wells (fenders, doors). ive never had a problem. keep a good coat of carnuba wax on those areas and itll be less adherent.

this is from wd-40 website:

I've heard that people use WD-40 as a cleaner/remover. What can it be used on?
WD-40 removes sap, tar, adhesives, labels and tape from surfaces without damaging existing paint. It's an effective cleaner for tools, equipment, and vehicles. Use it to remove splattered bugs from the front of cars. WD-40 will even help remove gum from carpet. Just spray, wait, and wipe with a clean cloth.

Ive been pretty impressed with Turtle Wax Bug and Tar remover, it is available pretty much everywhere and doesn't seem to contain solvents like some of the aerosol type products, spray on wait a few minutes and it softens things up pretty easily. I like that it doesn't run after being sprayed on the car, it is kind of on the thick side after being sprayed so it stays in place. Tar comes off with ease.

Try Stoner Tarminator. Great product. Should be in every detailer's arsenal.
