S2000 + automatic car wash
Hey Ironwedge, Im here in Anchorage also
Looks like we all want the easy way out, wich I have succombed (sp?) to. I have just recently tried the laser wash on 6th ave. With it being only 3 degrees out i'm not about to tough it out and try hot water. But i have to get the corrosives off . I 've taken my S through the high pressure wash twice. Mine didn't leak at the top rear but at the lower rear of each window. I was easily able to block the water when ever the sprayer passed by the window, with some napkins I stashed from a previous fast food run. I see no problems with using it. It doesn't get the car spotless but like said above, removes the road salts. I also polished my car with formula 2000 ( or some thing like that ) several times during the summer, and I hope that would help protect against harsh detergents. Time will tell eh
