Touchless car wash?
I live in college housing at my school and don't have a spicket or anything to wash the ride. There's a touchless car wash near here that I used take the S4 to, it uses high powered water and soap. If I took the S2000 through it would it be bad for the top? Is the water pressure strong enough the break through the water proofing? Will the soap, etc. stain the top?
While touchless car washes are DEFINITELY better than car washes that have brushes they're still not very good for your car.
First touchless washes use very strong chemicals to compensate for their lack of brushes. These chemicals strip any wax you might have on your car after just a few washes and no adding wax to your wash purchase will not help.
Second in my experience touchless washes because they do not have brushes do not remove 100% of the dirt on your car. So, if you use a towel to dry your car afterward you will put some serious swirls in the paint.
You may not be aware that their are alternatives to the car wash and the traditional hose wash. You may want to try a rinseless wash. Basically all you need is a rinseless wash soap, a bucket, a wash mitt, and a high quality drying towel (like a waffle weave micro fiber towel). The total amount of water you would need to wash a car would be about 2-3 gallons. So, you could fill a bucket from your sink and then bring that outside. This method is 99% as good as washing with a hose and more economical than taking your car to a detailer or even the car wash.
Check out my review of all the available rinseless wash products available.

other problems with the touchless washes:
1. i have gotten several complaints from folks who have had rim damage on the ones that pull the car
2. in all cases, the rags are cheap and not the quality that you would use yourself... leading to light swirling
3. pressure is not good because of the top seals. they will be damaged if you use a car wash very often.
those quarter type spray washes are a better alternative cause you can stand back and not use too much pressure- and there are some great ideas posted by mikeyc above also.
