amazing... the more time i spend on studying detailing the more products pop up!!

i have never seen the amway silicone glaze, but have heard a lot about it from guys in europe and canada... is it sold in the u.s.?

not sure where to get it here- and my recollection is that it is a synthetic like nu finish, but again not sure. tell us more about it and maybe someone will know where to get it. or we can certainly give you similar products if we know what it does.

btw, you have qualified for the badge by stumping the wanabe! just pm me and i will badge you!!

not so sure if it is still sold here. not really familiar with the product except that my family used it for years since my aunt sells the amway products. and heard a lot of positive comments on the prod. now that she is not, i dont know what the family use now on their cars. i will check the garage if there are still some empty containers there, then i will update you with the product. big thanks again!

Some products will have a mailing address on the label. You could send them a letter. I would also try Google to see if there is a web site that sells this stuff.

Alternatively, you could start the really, really fun process of trying every product in existence not even stopping for long when you find one you like. That's what I'd do!!

I think this is what your looking for, it's called Poly Car Shield. It works great. Here is the link http://www.geocities.com/sekreyltd/index.htm.

If it's truly a silicone glaze (Silicone = glossy greasy stuff, fake boobs, etc; Silicon = used to make computer chips) it probably won't last long, but will look REALLY good Perfect for car shows.
