I finally uploaded my pics from last week... i bought meguires 3 stage polish & wax almost a year ago for my gsr but i never used it....lol....n e way...here are some nice pics of my s2k...

this is my first time waxing my car so let me know if this is how its supposed to look after a wax

BTY...how often are u supposed to wax...this job took a long ass time!!!! i dont feel like doing this all the damn time just to keep it looking clean

You won't have to use the paint cleaner and polish every time you want to wax; these give you a good foundation the first time you wax. Applying just a topcoat of wax will probably take you 45 minutes. I re-apply wax every 3-4 weeks...personal preference.

BTW, car looks great.

looks nice!!

prob the easiest product that i know of is p21s- a carnuba. wipe on wipe off pretty much, but it is carnuba so only lasts a bit over a month or so.
synthetics will last longest but are usually a little more time to use.

You shouldn't need to use the paint cleaner and polish each time you need to wax. I usually wax my car every 3-4 weeks depending on how much it rains during that time.

If you're really hardcore and get addicted to detailing your car, you can always get a Porter Cable polisher to cut down your application and buffing time.

Not necessarily.
