Default Something in the clear coat

A friend ordered a wing from SOS and the first one was a mess. It had rotary burns and bubbles in it. I couldn't save it. The second came with some sort stain in the clear coat. It looked like a surface stain but you couldn't remove it by hand. I even tried to polish it by hand. So i broke out the handy rotary with 5" Presta Quick pad and some Presta Ultra Cutting Creme Light and went to work on the whole wing. The wing came out beautifully. I'll take pics once he finishes the final buff with a white pad and Pc/cyclo

looks like clear coat bubbles- you got them off without burning through the clear?

Of course, no burning of the clear coat. These definately weren't bubbles. Not only were those marks present, it was swirled and scratched like crazy. I don't know who is teaching these painters anymore but they aren't doing a very good job of it.
