Default Spider in my Dashboard!

Put up my top cause it's about to rain and realize there is a spider web on my windshield. Realizing that it wasn't there before, I ignore it. A couple minutes later after I turn on the AC, the little bastard popped out in front of the front dashboard where the top vents right behind the windshield are. I didn't have anything to smash him with and he quickly went into hiding right after.

My question is, is there any safe method for getting him out? I'd prefer he just crawl out so I don't have to kill him. Any responses are welcomed!

I've spotted spiders in my cars a couple of times. I wouldn't worry about it all, especially as long as it didn't look like a black widow or brown recluse (which are rare in Florida anyway). Chances are it will move on. You're not arachnophobic, are you?

Catch him and break one of his legs, then set him free. Word will get around that you don't mess around and they will leave you alone in the future.

I would say let it be. If you top is kept up long enough, he will die. no harm no foul.
