Default Spots on front bumper

So I just bought my s2k about two weeks ago and after getting her home, washed and waxed, I noticed some bluish spots all over the front bumper. My car is Berlina Black and the spots are quite noticeable up close and look like chemical spots. They are concentrated around the headlights, but span across the lower lip. I tried waxing them out, but didn't put a dent in the blemishes. I purchased Honda Care (Silver) and am wondering do you guys think I should take it back to the dealership?

Ill try to get some pics of them soon.

Pics will help, but the first thing that pops into my head is that somebody tried to cover up paint blemishes with a sharpie.

that's a good way to describe it actually, but it's definitely liquid...looks more like drops.

So it's all over the windshield too (when you look @ it from a certain angle it's all over the glass)...Im guessing spray on wax that didn't get washed off properly. WTF do I need to do to get it out?

Have you already contacted the dealer regarding the spots? Start there if you have not already, your warranty does not cover the paint issue. See what the dealer says when you take it by to be checked and then reply back.

Boy! That's more than just a few spots! Does your nail catch on the edge of the spots? They appear to be petroleum/solvent type staining. Hope things work out to your satisfaction.

Ditto on that. I don't think buffing or the like will blend all of that. If you have reason to believe that the dealer did this during prep then I'd be all over them. What I'm wondering is if you looked over the vehicle before deciding on purchase, was this not apparent then? Was it so dirty it didn't show?

Looks to me like someone used a strong glass cleaner type product on the headlight and front H emblem. The spots on the lower part of the bumper are probably drips from the container nozzle.

What have you tried to remove them? Was this a brand new car when you purchased?
