A standard liquid laundry detergent ?
It seems that many people use Dawn as the dishwashing agent to remove wax. It may not be better or worse than other brands but it seems to be sort of a standard dishwashing brand for pre-detail preparation.
I was wondering if there was something akin for liquid laundry detergents used to wash used (microfiber/cotton/etc) fabrics so that they could be used again. What liquid laundry detergent does a safe and clean job of washing these towels?

believe it or not, I dump a bit of z7 into my washer > spin cycle
no fabric softener
and away it goes.. nice and clean
I"m sure tide or any laundry detergent will work as well.. I just got stuck without any one night and decided to wash with z7.. and it worked.. Sal , there's one for your site ?

i use the same stuff that honda recommends for the car cover-
i think its called fantastik, but its not the stuff you get in the store. this stuff comes in large containers ordered over the web.
someone might have the website if you are interested in it, i cant find it right now.
