Default Stupid Mistake! - Interior Scratches

So I had to go get a piece of wood for my deck and had no other transportation (the S is the daily driver) and I end up scratching my "secret compartment" door.

I've searched the forums but all I've seen is:
1. replace the part
2. magic marker (tried it, didn't work, sharpie didn't match color)
3. shoe polish

Are there any genuine products to cover this kind of damage or should I get a replacement door? I wouldn't care but it's in such a noticeable place.

Any experience with any of these products? I don't mind paying for it but I don't want to drop 50 bucks and then not have it work.

don't know if this is the same kinda thing, but a buddy did something similar with his hockey sticks and P21S multi finish restorer dulled it enough to make it not noticeable ?

But I'd go with wanabe's recommendation..

Wanabe- I can't wait to meet you one day ? We'd be detailing to the wee hours

The S2000 is too nice of a car to go for a cover-up. I seriously doubt you will be able to repair it satisfactorily.

Don't waste the time and money- PM hardtopguy and get a great price on a new one!
