Default tarnish removal help!

hey guys, i need some help! this has been a problem for a while and its is finally buggin me a lot!

few months back i put a little too much tire shine on my tires and they flung ont eh button of the fender, i unknowingly, owning my first white car didn't know certain tire shines could tarnish the finish!! i have tried clay'ing soaps, even tougher products, is there a way to remove it other then getting the under side painted? it also only tarnished on the NON smooth area and stopped exactly once it gets tot eh crease where the paint is smooth. notice the entire part under the fender is slightly yellow with some spots that appear to be yellower

i think that its in the clearcoat, would a wetsand + polish cure this?

not gonna be easy-
i would first try clay...
then a light polish (swirl remover or paint cleaner)-
hopefully that would get it.
if not a more aggressive polish would be next.
if you have to go more aggressive, be sure to back down to less aggressive and then rewax the area.

Do you have a random orbital polisher? I would just use a paint cleaner and one of those. You should be ok.
