Towel Washing screwup...
Last night, conversation with my wife:
Her: "So, what is the liquid All you bought for?"
Me: "For the FieldCrest Towels I bought for the S2000."
Her: "Oh, I already washed them in the regular stuff [Powdered Tide]".
Me: "Funny, I remember when I told you this before, you reacted by telling me I should wash them myself because you wouldn't remember it. I even remember telling you I preferred it that way..."
Her: "Well, I was trying to be nice..."
Anyway, is the damage already done, or does my wife now need to go the BB&B and buy me some more??? I have no idea if they were washed with other clothes...

If you want to be really sure they're OK run the machine empty for a wash cycle first to remove any last powder traces
(thanks to IanL for this tip!
) I wash my towels in a Silk and Delicates liquid that is so perfectly clear and colourless you just know its not leaving any residue on your precious cloths. If it makes you feel better my wife thinks I'm quite mad, she just loved telling everyone at the last UK meet about how I iron my polishing cloths
Your FieldCrests ought to be OK after a couple of wash cycles with extra rinses I guess, hell if not you can always use them in the bathroom!!
