Sprinkler hose. Lay it out and drive over it a few times.

 

As a kid I would prob take 2 bucks to do it, or some candy, or a transformers action figure (beast wars ftw) .

 

i usually clean up to the jack locations. a good coat of wax as well and then you can just hit it with some mild water pressure when you wash. the other parts i see no need to unless it gets dirty like in your case.
