Default various grades of clay...

I noticed that there are 3 grades of clay. heavy/medium/fine cuts. How would you go about deciding which to use? Also, is there a problem just using fine clay all the time? I have the Sonus ultra-fine detailing clay (green). bought from autopia.

Thanks
Roger

I have both the blue clay magic and yellow zaino clay. I can tell you now that I the zaino clay is so mild that its completely useless to me. The claymagic on the other hand strips off everything and leaves little to no marring behind.
