Default Volk GT-Cs

I have Volk Gt-Cs that supposedly have an anodized lip. What's the best way to go about polishing/refinishing them. One wheel has a little touch of curb rash. Can I sand this out polish them and have them re-clearcoated?

polishing and repairing are two different processes... it sounds like you want to repair-

here is a good article from bettercarcare.com:

I have one wheel that needs to have rash taken out and three that just need to be polished. Problem is the wheels I have have a polished lip. Thank you for the response btw.
