How are you trying to get it off?
Tried a light polish? By hand or machine?
On the glass, try a claybar and/or glass polish.

Read the directions carefully. It probably says to not get it onto other surfaces. If it says anything of that sort, there is no way you'd win a lawsuit of any kind.

I bet the glass you could hit with a razorblade or claybar first to get the residue off and then hit it with a glass polish to get the markings off. I've used Wolfgangs before with great results. Griots makes some too that I've seen good reviews on.

The paint, if it comes off with your finger, it will come off with a good polishing.

The plastic could be recovered by hitting it with some BlackWow. I've been astounded by that stuff time and time again on what it can do.

There is a reason to why professionals mask off the rest of the car when they treat the S2000 top with water proof chemicals.

Ask me how i know.

Anyways, some hand washing, polishing, scrubbing and waxing took care of it. Window cleaning was a PIA as well. Once again, polishing was the answer.

Sigh, what a mess.
