Ok, besides washing it with regular car shampoo, what can i use on my exhaust to shine it up? polish/wax???

Also the canister of my exhaust is SS but my Tip is Titanium, so would i need to use different stuff for the SS and Ti because the different metals.

I would try the product called "Never Dull". Comes in a metal can. Thats what I used on my tips, and it worked pretty sex. I've seen it sold all over. I also have some military grade stuff too . Just read the can and see what it works on. If the tips are Titanium, I think Titanium holds up against anything pretty much...

nvr dull is good as jaeden09 mentioned- just about any metal polish will do...
but be very careful with your tips so that you don't unblue them...
best to test the undersides first.
real pia to reblue if you have to

btw, as with any process, always go least aggressive to more aggressive- and good point by washabis2k - if car shampoo isnt getting it, the next more aggressive would be a good but not too aggressive wheel cleaner (like the one that p21s makes)- if those dont work, then the metal polish...
