actually it looks like my car after i used the wool pad to get the deep scratches out.. Its like they did that and then just stopped and didnt finish the job with the foam pads...

terrible... this is what it should look like

Too high of a speed (rpms), and moving the buffer way too fast across the paint. I bet it only took that guy 10 minutes to "polish" that whole car...
