Default Wheel cleaner that does not require rinsing?

I'm looking for a wheel cleaner that's safe for powercoated wheels thats a simple spray and wipe. Since I live in an apt complex I don't have access to a hose to rinse off the wheels after applying the cleaner. Any suggestions for cleaners? Both DP & Menzerna wheel cleaners require to hose off the wheel. Wonder what will happen if I let it stay on there...

What you want is either:

-Optimum No Rinse Wash
or
-DP 4-n-1 Rinseless Wash

You can wash your whole car with this type of soap and a little water and you don't need to rinse. These soaps actually work really well on the wheels too.

agree w mikeyc-

also, absolutely do not use an acid based wheel cleaner without water - guaranteed etching .
once clean, you can use a dedicated duster with detailers sprays to keep them clean.

Thanks for the input, I kinda thought that was the only way out. How would guys rank these waterless products?

Optimum No Rinse
DP 4-in-1
Poorboy Spray & Wipe

Well, I want to tell you that Spray & Wipe is the only waterless product you've listed. Optimum NRW and DP 4-in-1 are rinseless washes. These are two different types of product.

Personally, I would use a rinseless wash as they're capable of removing more dirt safely than a waterless wash. Out of the two rinseless washes you've named IMO/IME you can't go wrong with either. The difference between the two is like splitting hairs.
