Wheels
I use wheel wax that I get from a local sports car tire installer. I have the Hawke pads as welll and they are less prone to dusting. Engine braking makes sense too. I am thinking of buying some gloss black wheels with a polished lip for my AP2. I try to stay away from wheel cleaners and just wash them with a mild detergent. Should you use a brake dust cleaner on these wheels.
I just use car wash soap to get all the grime off. Meguiars gold class and an old wash mitt. If it needs some more scrubbing I use Teflon Wheel Cleaner. Usually clean by then. I rarely end up waxing because I'm too tired by then....
I use 303 to dress the tires.

I use the same car wash shampoo that I use for the rest of the car. It's always the last thing that I do. I even do the whole wheel, insides and everything, ever since slanguage embarrassed me into it
The CCWs (polished aluminum) get treated with kid gloves and polished with Mother's mag polish and a Power Ball Mini whenever they need it.
I'm in the minority, but I'm not convinced that wheel wax really makes any difference. I've used the Swissvax stuff, and have found its longevity very lacking. Maybe a sealant would last longer, I just haven't tried that yet.
