Help, I'm going to be leaving my S for a few months to go back to college but I defiantely want to wax it before I go. I was goin to order Zaino but there just isnt enough time since I wil be leaving in 4 days!!! I will have to settle for a wax I can buy locally. What should I buy. I know Walmart sells Zymol (but liquid version) but I hear bad things about this wax. They also have Meguiars. Would this be better??? What would you reccomend. Thanks

 

If you're looking for long-lasting protection that can be bought locally, the the Meguiar's #20 Polymer Sealant. It lasts just as long as Zaino but is much easier and faster to apply, but it does not shine as well on dark-colored cars compared to Zaino. How is your paint condition though? You may want to prep the surface with #9 first if it's less than perfect. To have a better and deeper shine than Zaino, top the #20 with layers of #26.

Meguiar's Mirror Glaze line of products is very nice, but the Deep Crystal System is not.

Well tomorrow I will wax, juss no time to order from somewhere and it is not worth the extra money to get overnight. So please help me choose one wax.
