Lightbulb windshield Sweep marks

Guys and girls

I am from the Uk and as you probably have heard it rains a lot here. I have just gone out and purchased a new 2005 S2000 and after 700 miles I already have sweep marks from the wipers. What I would love to know is what should I use to clean the screen where the wipers don't sweep as it looks awlful. I have used RainX in the past with success in order to reduce the amount that I need to use the wipers.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated

Rob

Just using Meguiars Gold Class Car Wash does the trick for me.
