hey guys, did any of the GPW owners bottoms of sides skirts, tarnish turn yellow? under my front left and right fenders, where the paint is bumpy instead of smooth, it has turned yellowish, anyone else have this problem? or kno how to fix it?

 

Simple fix, get some Meguiars #7 glaze (gentler) or even #9 Swirl Mark Remover (faster and removes swirls). Apply to a terry cloth towel, buff, and cover with wax again. It should turn it back to GPW again in no time. Normal car wash soap doesn't take it off and dirt and grime just build up over time.

- how long did the car sit when u noticed the buildup ?

Is meguirs #9 same as ScratchX by Meguirs? thanks for the fast reply! ill try it out 2morrow. the dirt sat under there for only 1 week roughly? but it was pretty thick. probably more noticeable since my cars white.

 

You guys get all that dirt and crud that build up on there over time. Ever see brand new white cars, how blingin they are? That car a year later is still white, but not bright Clorox Bleach'd white. Car wash soap can only take off so much.
Get some Meguiars Swirl Mark Remover dude.
