I totally agree. A very good body shop will prep the car the best way they know how...

But Zaino Bros. does recommend using Dawn dishwashing detergent to remove the Zaino. It is mentioned on their website.

And if you call or e-mail Mr. Zanio himself... he will most likely recommend the same thing.

I also agree, nothing removes Zaino, except the very harshest substances, this stuff WILL protect your paint!

I don't know how bad the scratch is, but sanding removes anything.

Glad to see the car is fine!

Pleased to hear the car is back and looking good.

A couple of questions - who did the bodywork repair?, and who do you trust to service your car ? (I used Edenbridge Honda for many years, but they have recently gone out of business). I have heard so many horror stories about dealers I would really like to take the car somewhere recommended.
