Just Zaino'd my S for the first time this past weekend. Used Dawn 1st, then clay bar (with Z7 + H20 as mist), then washed w/Z7, dried, then used Z2, and finished w/Z6. I know Zaino suggests 3 base layers, but I ran out of time to put another 2 coats. Here are some pics:

My question is this: Can I now apply 2 coats of Z5 on top of the Z2, or would that be useless since I already started w/Z2?? I didn't really see any swirls on my paint (Silverstone), so I figured I didn't need the Z5. What do u guys suggest?

you can use as many coats of z5 as you want...
some use it instead of z2.
i prefer z2, but do throw a z5 on once in a while-
btw, nice ride!

Yea put Z5 in, I didnt put Z5 on as my lowest layer, next time I do the car I'll start from scratch, and start with Z5 this time.

Good work.

Just purchased a new S2000 and want to put on a good coat of wax. What is Z2 & Z5 and where do you buy it. What is the actual name of the product.

tjohn,

His wheels are Work Meister S2R's, and IMO one of the nicest looking rims for the S (But a little on the heavy side)

Yes, they are a bit heavier than stock. That's why you need the S/C to compensate.
