i agree...even in the us, they're not that common...when i got mine, they were over $1000 and the rims weren't even perfect...

$600 is a screaming deal...

btw, there's a set for sale @ vancouver craigslist right now...

you paid over $1000...? you clearly got ripped off cuz even CR rims are close to that price range.

 

Maybe that was for rims and tires? Or maybe it came with a favour in the future?

Yeah, thats definitely a lot more than I'm willing to pay though.

 

Back in 06' i paid 1000 for mine, but they were mint...and they came with crappyass kumho tires. That's how much they went for when the AP2's started popping up.
